NLL Championships:

The top four teams in each of the two divisions are given a spot in the playoffs. After that, the NLL Championship is determined by a series of single elimination games - a Divisional Semifinal, a Divisional Final, and finally the Championship Game.

The Toronto Rock has won the NLL Championship five times:

  • In 2005, beating the Arizona Sting 19-13 in Toronto
  • In 2003, beating the Rochester Knighthawks 8-6 in Rochester
  • In 2002, beating the Albany Attack 13-12 in Albany
  • In 2000, beating the Rochester Knighthawks 14-13 in Toronto
  • In 1999, beating the Rochester Knighthawks 13-10 in Toronto

The Toronto Rock's Arena:

Toronto Rock home games take place at the Air Canada Centre, at the corner of Lakeshore Boulevard and Bay Street.

The boards and glass familiar to hockey fans stay up for lacrosse games while artificial turf provides the playing field. According to the ACC website, when it's set up for a Toronto Rock game the Air Canada Center can seat 18,800 people.
