TTC Savings for College and University Students

TTC + VIP = $$$

By , About.com Guide

Although post-secondary students pay the regular adult rate under the TTC's fare categories, many of Toronto's colleges and universities are signed up for cheaper public transit through the Volume Incentive Pass program. The program allows certain companies and organizations - in this case usually a student union - to buy monthly metropasses at a bulk discount price and pass the savings on.

Use the list below to find the details on VIP at your institution. The number of metropasses available each month will be limited, so if you are interested you'll want to buy early.

If your school isn't listed, inquire with your student government to make sure discounted passes aren't available. If they really aren't, you can always consider the Metropass Discount Plan for yourself.
