The Don Valley East Federal Electoral District is in the east end of Toronto, with Victoria Avenue serving as its eastern border. It is then roughly bordered by Finch Avenue in the north, Leslie Street, the railway tracks, Don Mills Road and the Don Valley in the west and finally by the railway tracks and Sunrise Avenue in the south.
