After hosting family events during the day, Black Creek turns up the creep factor with true ghost stories, a haunted maze, Victorian mourning customs, illusions, fortune-telling, mind reading and more. New for 2009 - pumpkin beer from the Black Creek Historic Brewery!

Halloweek on Church Street

Halloweek in Toronto's Queer Village has plenty to offer for families during the day and adults in the evening. Everything culminates in the outdoor Block Party on Saturday night. Some events are free and others require tickets in advance - check the website for details.
Harlettes Monster Mash Bash VI

The Harlettes Burlesque and Vaudeville Troupe perform along with live bands and DJs at The Revival Bar. Costumes are not only welcome, but they'll get you $5 off at the door.

Costumes are optional are on this cruise, but there will be a prize for best costume of the night. Enjoy a DJ, drinks and finger food while you cruise the Toronto harbour.

New last year, the Grand Halloween at Liberty Grand, Exhibition Place returns for 2009. Details for this year's event are still thin, but in 2008 a costume code was in effect with $1000 prizes and a trip to be won.
