Santa Claus Parades in Toronto
Toronto's Santa Claus Parade is a major happening, with many people traveling to the city to watch the annual event (hence these Toronto Santa Claus Parade tips
from the About.com guide to Canada Travel!). If you can't be there in person you can always watch the TV broadcast, which is shown live and then rebroadcast several times throughout the season. The parade route
begins at Christie Pits Park, travels east along Bloor to Avenue Road, south down Avenue Road to Front Street, then east along Front Street to end near the St. Lawrence Market.

Hosted by Community Centre 55 and the Kingston Road Village's Business Association, the Hamper's Santa Claus Parade takes place in south-east Toronto. The route runs west along Kingston Road from Victoria Park Avenue to Walter Street.

The Etobicoke-Lakeshore Santa Claus Parade takes place in the south-west end of Toronto, running along Lake Shore Boulevard West from Dwight Avenue west to Thirty-Sixth Street, through the neighbourhoods of New Toronto
