Valentine's Day falls on a Tuesday in 2012. Unlike in some previous years, Valentine's Day is NOT taking place during the Family Day long weekend.

Cabbagetown Theatre Presents No Sweetheart Required
This annual event is a "cabaret evening of short and sassy comedies plus musical interludes" presented at Whistler’s Grille and Cafe on Broadview Avenue. Tickets are $10 on Feb. 9th and 13th, and $20 on the other four nights.

"Dracula - A Love Story"
Prefer your romance with a side of the macabre? Brant Theatre Workshops brings a stage adaptation of Bram Stoker's classic story to various rooms of Casa Loma. On the 14th, the show is paired with champagne and a chocolate fountain during intermission. Friday and Saturday shows $34 plus tax, doors open at 7:30pm. On Valentine's Day Tuesday tickets are $66 plus tax and doors open at 8pm. Pre-registration is required for all performances and space is limited.
