When is Father's Day?
Father's Day is the third Sunday in June. In 2008, Father's Day falls on Sunday June 15th.
Taking Transit on Father's Day
On special days such as Father's Day it's especially nice to avoid any parking or traffic hassles. Because Father's Day is on a Sunday, transit riders can make use of the TTC Day Pass which allows many small groups to ride all day for only $9. But on Sundays service also starts later, with subway service generally starting at 9am. So check your routes to make sure the timing will work for you then consider grabbing a Day Pass in advance.- Using a TTC Day Pass
