Fall Back this Weekend

Don't forget, at 2am this Sunday the time changes, moving back one hour. The best way to keep your weekend running on time is to turn your clocks back on Saturday night, just before you go to bed!

The time change happens twice a year in Ontario, with the clocks "springing forward" every March and "falling back" again in November.

The semiannual time change is also a great reminder to change the batteries in your smoke detector. In his article "Home Fires: Are You Prepared?" About.com's Guide to First Aid Rob Brouhard also recommends using the time change as a cue to practice your family's escape plan.
