Winter, Take Two

That was the second week of January? Seriously?

After a ridiculously moderate second week of January, the temperature seems poised to slowly dip back down before taking a plunge next weekend. Of course, for a weather forecast fourteen days is an eternity, and things could easily change.

Still, it seems that if you weren't really ready for winter the first time, the weather's giving you a bit of a second chance. Did you winterize your car? Get an ergonomic snow shovel? Brush up on your ice fishing safety tips?

The other option, of course, is to refuse to think of winter at all as you wander down to Exhibition Place and buy yourself a boat.
