Toronto Rock Home Opener Tonight

After the National Lacrosse League nearly didn't have a 2008 season at all due to contract disputes, it's particularly good to know the Toronto Rock have their home opener tonight at 7:30pm against the Minnesota Swarm. The Rock already beat Chicago last Saturday to get their season off to a winning start - here's hoping tonight will continue the trend.

If you're like me and can't make it out to the Air Canada Centre, this game and four more from the Rock's 2008 season are being broadcast live on Rogers Sportsnet Ontario. I have no idea if I actually have the multitasking skills to get work done whilst I watch lacrosse, but gosh darn it - tonight I'm going to try.
